2007 World Series of Poker Event Schedule

This year there are 55 events scheduled to be played at the 2007 World Series of Poker in Las Vegas, Nevada. With buy ins ranging from a low of $1,000 up to $50,000 for the prestigous H.O.R.S.E event, there are going to millions and millions of dollars awarded to players.

The World Series of Poker kicks off on June 1st and runs through July 17th, 2007. The $10,000 Main Event is scheduled to run July 6th - 17th, 2007 and for the first time all other events will be completed before the Main Event begins.

This year there have been nine tournament additions to the WSOP. Added events to this years schedule include mixed play tournaments. These tournaments will be played as limit and no limit tournaments.

There will also be a S.H.O.E. tournament this year where players compete in this $1,000 buy in tournament in seven-card stud, Texas hold'em, Omaha high/low, and stud eight-or-better.

There are now two days soley dedicated to satellite tournaments for even more players to have a chance to qualify for the Main Event, which begins on July 6th, 2007. These days are underlined in the schedule below.

The 12 World Championship Events are also highlighted in bold.
